The UGA Group had originally been producing Activated Clay since 1988.
Originally situated 100km from Bangkok in Nakhorn Nayok, we had the first plant in Thailand that manufactured Activated Clay, or Bleaching Earth, used for the removal of color and impurities from edible oils, mineral oils and fats.
Beginning in 2006, we shifted our production base to Inner Mongolia, China, in order to capitalize on the many competitive advantages on offer, achieving better economies of scale and further improving services to customers.
We are the de facto market leader for the industry in Thailand.
We have decades of experience exporting the product across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Refining and de-colorization of Vegetable oils:
Cottonseed, Soybean, Sunflower, Rapeseed, Mustard, Peanut, Coconut, Corn, Olive,
Ricebran, Palm, Palm-kernel, Linseed, Castor, Jajoba & Canola oils.

Refining and de-colorization of Animal Fats like tallow oil, fish oil, lard oil.

Refining and de-colorization of Mineral Oils:
Paraffins and waxes, Insulating oil, Waste oil (lubricating oil) & Industrial triglycerides
and fatty acids used for paints, varnishes and soaps.
